Grassroots Movement
KCEA was birthed and is sustained to protect and promote Christian education.  

1. Biblically focused Christian ministries are encouraged to strengthen their individual doctrinal and polity positions.
2. Christian schools using a variety of curricula and pedagogies affiliate with KCEA.
3. School size varies from a dozen to multiple hundreds of students.
4. Affiliating schools are located all across the Commonwealth and beyond.
5. KCEA welcomes ministries that are in agreement with KCEA’s doctrinal statement.

​Executive Board
An executive board leads KCEA.  

1. The self-perpetuating Board of Directors is comprised of ten or more affiliating pastors and principals.
2. Board members represent the diversity of KCEA affiliates.
3. Board members are invited from veteran leadership of KCEA affiliates and serve without remuneration and annually agree to our conflict of interest requirement.

4​Professional, Dedicated Staff
KCEA does not rely solely on volunteers but employs full-time professional staff members and augments these with part-time specialists and volunteers.  

1. KCEA full-time staff has over 100 combined years of experience.
2. KCEA staff has a breadth of experience, including legislative, pedagogical, ecclesiastical, theological, curricular…
3. KCEA staff is local, specializing in Pennsylvanian law and issues.

A Cause
KCEA defends a cause for orthodox Christians in Pennsylvania. 

1. KCEA stands with biblical fundamentalists in ecclesiastical matters. 
2. KCEA stands with conservative groups in civic matters.
3. KCEA stands with educators who are motivated to constantly push to offer a higher quality education.
4. KCEA stands with discerning leaders in an increasingly humanist, secular, pleasure-seeking society.

A History
KCEA has a history of faithfully protecting and promoting Christian families in Pennsylvania.  

1. KCEA has been providing a vital service to churches and Christian schools across the Keystone State since 1974.
2. Through the years, a wide array of resources has been developed for Christian schools.
3. Affiliates have benefited as they have worked together in quality programs.
4. KCEA continues to keep an eye on government and an ear to the vital issues of our day affecting our religious liberties.
