KCEA POSITION PAPERS and KCEA SPECIAL REPORTS have been researched, printed, and distributed to affiliating schools since the early 1990's.  The documents with current information are maintained in an electronic database for distribution to these schools as requested.  This database will soon be available online.  Currently, subject matter is filed under the following topic areas:
